Mr. Bowden had the part ordered Friday, messaged me it was there on Saturday, and I sat for 30 minutes while he replaced my battery, easy as it gets. We really need this service in Oxford, and we're lucky to have a good phone tech available. Excellent experience! Highly Recommend!

Arrived and the shop is closed, even though the business hours on Google and on the door, say they’re supposed to be open at this time.
