Made an appointment to drop my phone off for a quick screen repair. After having my phone for 7 hours, I called to see if the work was done and they said “we were just about to call you and say we couldn’t work on it because we had a more complicated repair.” Won’t be coming here again for anything, nor do I recommend this place to anyone. I understand that things outside of control come up, but their communication was non-existent, and that’s why they get this poor review.

My elderly mom locked up her iPhone because she couldn’t remember her passcode. Apple wanted $500 to save all of the contacts and photos (photos of my dad who passed and grandchildren and family phone numbers). I went to University PC and they unlocked my mom’s phone and saved all the data and only charged me $40. So thankful 🙏🏻.

Sent them a MacBook Pro 16-inch M2 Max with a screen outage. They managed to find and fix all issues with my AppleCare+ plan! They were very kind with my questions and gave me any detail I asked. I would 100% take any apple device to be repaired here and recommend it to all apple issues!
