I went into the store yesterday with my son to inquire about the price for repairs to his XBOX. A lady by the name of Liberty, greeted us. Today, when I came back into the store she remembered me and also she remembered what my need was. I was highly impressed. She was very courteous and respectful. Her service was outstanding and she also said, “Have a blessed day”, as I was leaving the store. Her spirit and her knowledge of her job was remarkable. Customer Care, Mission Accomplished.

I was looking for a computer for my club, to keep track of dues and expenses. I needed it to have some MS word applications. The Dell laptop that I purchased had the programs I was looking for, also had a touch screen, windows 11. The associate Liberty listened to me about my requirements, called around to other locations and found the Dell that I purchased. She also followed up with 2 phone calls letting me know when she was available, so that I could come in to check it out and she could answer any of my questions. It's great to see that customer service is alive and well at IFIX NC.

It's astonishing to see all the glowing reviews they have received, especially considering my recent experience, which seems completely at odds with their reputation. Nonetheless, I feel compelled to share my own encounter: I brought in my PC because it would not boot with more than one RAM stick installed. Despite the company offering multiple contact options, they only responded through one channel. Regrettably, while in their care, my PC suffered damage: the dust filter was mishandled resulting in damage, the processor lacked thermal paste, and thermal paste was smeared on the front glass. When I raised these issues with the company, instead of addressing them professionally, they blacklisted me and resorted to unprofessional name-calling. EDIT: Company has resorted to defamation of name because one of his employees was rude over the phone and felt I mistreated him. Store has cameras so surely that will show me "treating your employees like third class citizens." as you claimed in your BBB.

Came in worked with Miranda had a few questions & my phone. I had broken my lighting charger in my charging port, she was able to get it out without having replace it. Highly recommended!
