This guy is a nightmare. I brought my desktop computer to him for repair because of a display issue. I explained the issue and waited two weeks for any type of diagnosis. I never heard back from him so I went by his office. To my surprise he had taken my ENTIRE computer apart and had it laying in multiple different boxes. When I asked him what was wrong he said he thought it might be my motherboard. I asked if he had checked the graphics card and he told me he had not checked that yet. I could not believe he would take my entire computer apart without checking the damn graphics card first. I remained polite and asked if he could check the graphics card and let me know what he finds out. BIG SURPRISE, never heard back from him. I called and he mumbled on about being busy and made comments about irrelevant things like telling me he hadn’t raised his prices in years. He asked me to be patient and he would work on it that day. I waited another week then went by his office. When I arrived once again my computer was laying in several different piles and he had no additional information as to what was wrong with it. He asked me to wait in his office while he worked on it. I told him to put my computer back together and I would be back in a week to pick it up. Another week goes by and I’ll let you guess what I found when I arrived to pick up my computer……….. IT WAS STILL IN PIECES. He wanted me to wait again so he could put it back together. I refused and told him to give it back to me now. He piled up the remnants of my computer and placed them inside the tower. BE WARNED! Do not let this guy near your computer.

Never repaired nor returned my laptop. Initially lost my computer during transition from prior location to recent location and denied having it. Had my receipt of deposit $70 for proof and assisted to find my computer within all the clutter. Still yet, cracked screen was never repaired and computer never returned. Request to stop calling as once again in denial of having computer. Too bad can’t give less than one star.
