My husband signed up for Geek Squad service and last week needed their assistance. After working with them on the phone, removing I. They still could not fix or identify our problem with our printer. They gave us an appt to come to our home but could not come for a week. Our appt time was 7AM to 7PM, it is now 7:10PM, no Geek Squad. We tried to call this morning to try to get a pin down time even within 2–3 hr window. No o e would answer the phone. Pitiful service, I would not even give them 1 star

It was a pleasure meeting our Geek Squad tech, Joseph. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in the transferring of data and setting up my new laptop. He certainly made my life just a little less stressful. Thank you, Joseph!

I love geek squad! I have had to take my computer's in many times. Since I always buy the extended warranty I have never had to pay anything....... and believe me I've gotten my money's worth. It covers 3 computers and it's well worth it. Making appts is easy and usually same day. I also love geek squad for the appliances I buy!! They quickly come out and repaired the products. If they can't repair it they give you full credit towards a new appliance.

While my experiences have been up and down over the years, with Dan Verley doing the work in the backroom as he is now, and the desk staff being competent and professional as well, my experience was excellent and the coverage you get for their geek squad plan is tough to beat. It is also convenient as they have longer hours than most technicians in the industry.
