I had an amazing experience at CPR- Cell Phone Repair Mooresville! My iPhone X wasn’t allowing the charger to fit into the charging port, so I called them, and they told me to bring it in right away. When I arrived, they helped me immediately—no wait! They were upfront about the pricing, which was super reasonable, and told me it would be ready in about an hour. When I came back, they explained that the charging port didn’t need to be repaired after all; something from another charger was just stuck inside. They could have easily told me they replaced it and charged me more, but instead, they were completely honest and genuine. I really appreciated their transparency and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back here when it’s time for a new phone. Highly recommend this place for their honesty and great service!

I came to CPR they were recommended to me by another repair shop that didn’t have the parts I needed. Anthony was so helpful in fixing my phone and suggesting what type of screen to replace my broken screen with. 10/10 customer service. Service is PHENOMENAL! EVERYONE needs to come here for anything electronic related, phones, batteries, screens, cases, NEW PHONES or devices too! Anthony is a pleasure to work with! There prices are INSANELY AFFORDABLE!!! I thought I needed new phone & for months have been struggling because I thought I needed a new phone & can’t afford one. I never knew it was something fixable AND it was for almost 80-90% less than the price of a new phone!! I also never knew cell phones need new batteries OR that I could purchase a brand new legit phone from somewhere besides a phone carrier store ie. T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc. I have also had them help me with my children’s devices, how to understand settings and taught me how to reset them, etc. There’s no wait, SUPER EFFICIENT & EASY!!!! Really satisfied & happy customer!!! After months of a broken screen phone & unable to view anything clearly, my phone is now that a brand new iPhone!!! Thank you for your service & support! The Apple store ran my phone through their "diagnostics" and said it was a $400 repair and potentially a new phone was needed! CPR checked my phone and it was just a simple speaker line that became disconnected!!! They fixed it within the hour and saved me $400.. These guys are the best! Glad to see an honest business!!
