Tim and his team are always ready to help -- even during early mornings. After getting an alert that I had a problem on my computer, he shut it down remotely and met me to check on it. After taking it back to the shop to diagnose the issue, I had my work computer back up and running! I can't speak highly enough about CET Computer Magic and Tim.
