They were busy the day I dropped off and still took the time to go over the options I had for a crashed operating system on my laptop. The day I picked it up they were slower and able to take time for me to relearn my MacBook. They unfortunately couldn’t restore my lost files but they were so helpful and able to give me a great deal on an upgrade!!! I would definitely use them again!! Go See Zack or Marcus!!
