My I had 2 iPods worked on and the result was fantastic! The kept me updated and fixed both of them in a reasonable time. Their customer service is top notch and would do business with them again in a heartbeat! I want to especially thank Cody for explaining and fixing something old school. Don’t hesitate to get your device here!

I came in sad that my phone was not working but left with a smile! Thank you for great customer service and being to fix my phone like new! I even left with a privacy screen protector!

Repaired my device. Then the screen stopped working a day after and they refused to fix it again unless I paid for an entire new screen after I just purchased one.

This company is great for fixing a phone but when it came to my Mac that’s another story. First I took my Mac there due to a crashed hard drive. Like 2 months later in the middle of the night my screen literally fell out! Like just the screen fell to the ground. The back of my monitor was still upright and literally just the glass part fell out! So of course I go back to them (like a goofy) because they are the only ppl that has worked on it and I’m guessing the glue or adhesive they use got weak over time for just the glass to fall out. So they refuse to take blame (which only a glass falling out seems to be a problem with the adhesive or glue but whatever) and said we had to pay. So I ended paying for a new screen and now my Mac is moving sooooo slow and glitching and shutting off randomly. I’m sure I pissed them off giving them a peace of my mind because now Mac is basically just there. It glitches all the time and I should have paid my money then gave them a piece of my mind. So if getting a phone fixed I’ll trust! If getting a Mac I say proceed with caution ⚠️
