Extremely grateful for their accommodation. I'm working remotely with no printer and needed to print and mail in excess of 100 pages with 7 mailing labels. I phoned first then emailed my docs explaining I had no car and would arrive in 30 minutes by Uber. I walked in the door with my driver waiting. My print job was waiting for me, perfectly done with labels and docs in the right order. I paid and was out in less than 5 minutes. I can't leave Charlotte without thanking the owner for his insight, very fair pricing, and his help packing my docs in a rain proof sleeve. He provided overwhelmingly fine service and better pricing than his chain store competitor beginning with "U," across the street, whom I had found independent, arrogant, and expensive. BizXpress is a better choice.

Walked in with a FedEx labeled box to drop off and owner told me to drop it on the counter. I asked for a receipt and he said he doesn’t provide receipts. I proceeded to take a picture of the label and he said he didn’t want people taking pictures of his store and for me to take it to a FedEx location. I told him that I was just took a picture of the label. He said he wanted to see the picture. I told him that was invasive and he was being rude. Took my FedEx box and will never choose to do business with this man. A few years ago he was rude but I figured I would try again. Didn’t work. Based on the owners delusional response and since he denies and attacks this review including others who questioned the quality of his service I would think it reaffirms the "story" as he calls it. Since he is not going to take to constructive criticism he will continue his poor service and poor behavior. At least he is consistent.

I went to BIZXPRESS for an i-9 verification for my new job. The owner was very helpful and efficient. I genuinely enjoyed talking with him. I will definitely return for the packing, shipping, printing and business services offered here as needed.

My wife and I have used Raj for years for various reasons and have always found him very helpful. Last Friday, I brought my MacBook in which had a defective speaker. By Monday, Raj had already received and replaced the defective part. Although I only asked him to replace one, he rightly assumed the other speaker would soon fail, so he replaced both! I cannot believe he got this done so quickly; especially since he had to order the speaker so add in shipping time including a weekend! Thanks Raj!!!
