Great place for new and casual players of tabletop card or war-games. The prices have always been fair and the atmosphere is fantastic with good music and friendly people to grab games with. The owner also hosts regular events to make it easier to find people who play the same games you enjoy. Likewise, the store hosts a very active discord to help meet other players and organize games and meet-ups. The new location has a lot of space to host players so definitely give it a visit whether you're a new, returning, or veteran player.

When I moved to the area, I was looking for a game shop to play D&D. I found Powergamers and when I walked in, I was immediately greeted with warm personalities and friendly smiles. After chatting with a few people, made a purchase and was told to come back again if I was interested in any other games. I had been wanting to try Magic and the next time I came in, Brian taught me how to play and welcomed me as a new player and helped me get started. There was no stupid question to him and he was genuinely happy to answer my questions. I started coming for the commander nights and I still do. This shop is a great friendly space for beginners and people who have played before and wanna come back into it. There is a great group of people and everyone is so accepting. Whatever the game you wanna play, you can play it at Powergamers and you will find someone to play with and talk with.

PG has a wonderful gaming community. Friendly to beginners and all other levels of game play from magic the gathering, Pokemon, Digimon warhammer, D&D and more. Highly recommend and is very child friendly as well. They also have a discord server to communicate with other patrons to find people with common interests

This is an awesome location. The new space really opens up the place for games of all kinds. The shop regularly has great deals as well as a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
