Truly a five star business. Owner is extremely nice and communicates very well with everything he has done to repair the pc. I was up all night try to fix this computer and he had it fixed the same day I brought it to him within a couple hours. Great prices also, you won't find a cheaper place. If you have computer needs, support a local business and go here!

Patrick is very professional while still being a very approachable, good guy. He was able to retrieve data from an inoperable laptop that helped us get out of a jam with the SCDOR in less than 24 hours. I would trust him with whatever technical needs that come my way! Highly recommend!!

Searched for a computer shop in my area. Computer Care One was in the search list. I read reviews and noted the replies. I saw that even the couple bad reviews got a well responded reply instead of a one or two line "blow-off" answer - which to me is a red flag and steers me away from a business. My older desktop quit and I figured it was the graphics card, but a replacement is difficult to find due to age. Took it to Patrick and he opened it up to confirm the "motherboard" had not fried. We went over my options from adding a used graphics board he might have on his shelf to retrieving the data and installing it on a newer computer - but I would be losing all of my old programs. Dropped it off in the morning and Patrick called that same afternoon and informed me that he had had a replacement graphics board, did a few tweaks, and got my computer running again. Friendly, great job, fast turn around, and very good pricing. Will use Computer Care One again without hesitation.

I rarely-write reviews, but this one... is Justified. Patrick ( the owner), is very Bright, Ethical, and Computer-Hardware Competent, & quite-creative at Cutting-Expenses. ( He even fixes, his car and motorcycle !). He offers a 90 day Warranty on Repairs. I brought him 5 Windows PCs, all of which, were- fixed in 1 to 2 days !! a) Dell 23inch all-in-one Windows 10. Power Button was not-working, & BIOS had to be Reset, & the internal battery replaced. Charge about $42. (very Fair) ( Ubreak-We -Fix...considered-this PC unfixable). I also, brought-in the same PC, about 2 years ago, to replace the SSD ( which I provided). Charge: about $70 ( pretty-High) b) Dell 27inch all-in-one Windows 8.1 Power Button Not Working. Patrick said the motherboard was fried, & hence, impractical to fix. No Charge: for the Assessment ( very Fair) This was Caused by me, because, I did NOT bring-in... this PC, when I first started, to see the Problem. c) Another Dell 27inch, all in one Windows 8.1, brought in, to convert to Windows 10. Charge: $75 (Pretty Fair) It is hard to Convert Windows 7 or 8 PCs, to Windows 10, (with legitimately- bought License Keys), because -of serious "Activation Bugs", [which Microsoft...Refuses to Fix]. d) HP desktop would-NOT boot (just beeping sounds). 2 Memory boards replaced, & internal battery replaced, ( which I provided). Charge: $63....Fair A little Tip: Bring Cash, for Repairs-Payment, to- Avoid, some extra -charges, for using a credit card.
