My son's screen on his iPhone half worked and I had been sending messages to Mary since July. My son finally decided he could part with his phone, she ordered the part and fixed it the next day in less than an hour and now it's good as new! Fast and friendly service and for a great price! I highly recommend her if you need your cell phone repaired!

I contacted Mary to fix my Apple iPhone 11 charging port. I (me) was 100%positive it was the port that needed to be replaced so I told her to go ahead and order the part. Mary told me that she normally likes to check th phone before hand but she would agree and go ahead and order the part and have it ready to fix when I brought the phone to her. The part came and I met her to take her the phone. I told her there was no rush as this phone was deactivated and I didn’t need it in a hurry! Mary texted me the very next day to tell me “you won’t believe this! It wasn’t the port! The phone was just super dirty with lint and all it needed was a good cleaning! Instead of charging me full price for fixing the port she charged me significantly less for a cleaning job! I did still have to buy the port part because I was the one that was firm that the port was indeed the problem, but I had ABSOLUTELY NO problem with that!! This woman is super! She is knowledgeable with electronics and repair! She gave me the part to potentially use at a later time if needed! Would I use this business again? ABSOLUTELY! Mary has gained my trust as a customer and provided the upmost respect customer service wise; as any other repair shop could have just charged for replacing the port. Mary has honesty and integrity for her customers and it was proven to me on my very first visit with her! If I ever have any issues with any other electronics I will call her as she is the BEST in King!

Honestly an unprofessional at home business. We called to have an iPad screen repaired and then we’re directed to go to a home address where I was greeted by a woman dressed in what can best be described as pajamas. Even though this was very sketchy I gave her the iPad trying to support local business. We were texted a day later to pick up the iPad and told it was working. We were not provided any details as far as the warranty but she did provide a 30 day warranty. On day 30 the iPad stopped responding in certain areas and not thinking about it being day 30 I contacted her on day 31 and was told that I would need to pay for the repair all over again. I asked that she just repair the item since we wouldn’t be having the issue had the iPad been repaired correctly the first time and she refused stating I missed the warranty. I was told good luck finding someone else. Well I did go to a reputable actual business and found out that she had not installed the screen properly and used very generic replacement parts rather than the oem I thought I was being charged for by her. Overall a terrible experience and suggest you find an alternative when getting repairs. Wish I could have said something positive but unfortunately it didn’t turn out that way.
