I can’t say enough about this company. Bryan was absolutely fabulous. His knowledge and customer service were fantastic. He took so much time to not only fix my run over cell phone, but to ensure that I had back up set up for the future. He was communicative and helpful and VERY reasonably priced. He was able to restore my sadly crushed phone and save everything! Hands down the best customer service and dedication that I have had in a very long time.

5/5 DEFINITELY DESERVED!! Amazing service! Great pricing! My charger broke and a piece of it was lodged into my phone and the gentleman was able to pull the piece out. He even charged my phone until I was able to pick it up. Definitely stop here if you’re a local or in the Outer Banks for your phone repair needs.

We dropped and broke and iPhone XR, and these guys had a replacement screen in stock! They gave us an estimate of 1.5 hours, and they were right on the money. They even installed a tempered glass screen protector, for the same price as you could buy one online... And the online one you would have to install yourself! These guys provided a great professional service, right when we needed it. The cost worked out to be the same (or maybe less) than if we had paid the deductible and used insurance. Good job, well done.

I am so glad that someone mentioned Smartteck for battery replacement on my Samsung phone. Bryan was extremely nice and helpful after checking to see if the phone was worth a new battery. After an honest assessment he ordered the battery. I had already decided how much I would spend and his price was lower that I had anticipated. He is such a kind and professional tech and I will use him again and again and recommend such to anyone. Prompt service! Reasonably priced! And, a smile! win win!

First, I'd like to give the location 5 stars! Right next to KDH Food Lion, it couldn't be more convenient. A couple of days to order a new screen and battery and a couple of hours to make my shattered S9+ look like new! Beautiful work! I'm 100% pleased with the responsive customer service, the quality of the work, and happy to recommend Bryan and his crew to anyone needing a phone fix!
