Tim and his team are excellent. We've had them work on 3 computers so far (more on the way). They're super knowledgeable, do great work, turn it around quickly, and are very reasonably priced. As an added bonus for us, Tim and several of his team members have backgrounds in digital music - and they've helped us set up software and hardware for digital music creation.

My sister in law got caught in the rain on the way back from the beach with her iPhone - we put it in rice overnight and the bottom half of the screen wasn't responding. The front screen had been cracked and we were afraid it might be irreparable. OBCR were amazing; they responded to the online message promptly, gave different options to fix it, provided estimates and updates. The phone is working perfectly and they charged a fair price. So appreciated during our family vacation!

These guys are AWESOME!!!!!! Quaid and the owners are real great at something that doesn’t exist anymore….Customer Service ! They wrote the book on it. Can’t thank you guys enough for helping me download a super tricky long file from a video camera . Within 20 min he did his research downloaded it to my Mac and sent me on my way. Absolutely don’t bother going anywhere else. Clean professional super organized store! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Like I said don’t bother going anywhere else. Thank you guys you ROCK!!!!!!!
