I deal with David and he's very intelligent with the computer information. Has answer for all questions and he is very personable as well. A gem to deal with!

This is not a reflection of the store itself but the Amazon returns at this store is a JOKE!! I have returned Amazon items two separate times to this store. Both times it took almost 2 months to get a refund after COUNTLESS chats with Amazon customer service. I have never had any issues with High Point Staples or the UPS store. DO NOT TAKE YOUR AMAZON RETURNS TO THIS STORE.

I find there is usually staff available to help. My last trip was great. I believe it may have been a manager who helped me. What I wanted was on a end and he took me to it.

I usually do self-service copies at staples and today was no different, except for a few copies on color paper, which they no longer allow customers to load into the self-service machines. I placed my small order to yet another new employee in the copy center and she was nice, which I praised her for. But when I was running copies my machine glitched up, and she didn't know what she was doing to try to fix it. No problem, I switched machines. But then when I went to pay for the copies she had run for me behind the counter, I felt like she overcharged me. I called her out on it and she was extremely rude to me. I did pay for my order and another rude employee who checked me out didn't even offer me a bag to put my copies in. Next time I plan to just go to Office Depot, maybe they know how to treat their customers. I have no desire to go back to this store.
