Our company is transitioning to Creative IT but that process has not been complete as of yet. We had a serious IT problem that warranted immediate help in order to get us back up and running. We reached out to Creative IT and within an hour they had a technician, Zach Kerns, on site to evaluate our problem. The customer service was awesome, and we learned right off the bat that what they promised us - is truly what they deliver. Zach was very knowledgeable and everyone else that we have dealt with have been top notch. I would highly recommend Creative IT to anyone who needs IT help.
