Very nice people, and a good local business. My computer needed dust removal and reapplication of thermal paste to the CPU and GPU. It looks like brand new, which is impressive. $50 surprise surcharge for not wanting a stranger to have administrative access to my computer, or otherwise completely void my rights to a warranty for the work, is the only reason I took stars off. I have no idea who is working on it, shouldn't be asked to blindly trust someone that I don't know, and nobody should have to wonder if they're going to walk away with malware, like a bitcoin miner on a nice gaming rig. That's not super out of the question. The tech claimed they had to put an operating system on a hard drive and swap mine out to run diagnostic software. I'm a DevOps engineer, and I've been around the block. Portable executables of the diagnostic tools on a bootable USB stick is a thing this shop should have just lying around. It's possible he was dumbing it down because he thought I was tech illiterate but if that's the case, they charged me $50 to put a USB stick in and hit F8 a few times. Shouldn't ever need to ask a customer for their pin or password unless it's required for the work, which it absolutely was not in my case, and the warranty ultimatum raised the alarms in my head and left me feeling immediately uneasy about even having left my hard drive in there for two days. Not a great feeling. Extremely avoidable situation, but I can't knock the work. They did everything that I asked with skill.

Zach was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! My laptop suddenly died and he did some diagnostics - the motherboard was dead. He was honest about my options and we ultimately decided it made more sense to get a new laptop. It is so hard to find a place where you can get an honest, professional opinion these days! Brought my computer in to have 1 thing fixed next call I receive was them trying to sell me $1300 worth of parts. Then the next time it’s $900. It took going back and fourth just to have the issue fixed without being sold bunch of stuff I didn’t want. Would not recommend they will tell you everything is wrong with your pc just to sell you more stuff.

Stopped at this computer repair shop today and I didn't even know it was there. I went somewhere else near here and it wasn't open. This place was open and the service was quick, efficient, and friendly. Can't ask for more than that. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others.🙂🙂🙂

Employee was able to diagnose our computer issue in less than 30 minutes. It was a fairly simple fix that my husband felt he could make at home-- so we did not have it fixed here, but we were not charged for diagnostics, which was great! Thanks guys, will definitely return for all of our computer issues in the future!!
