My boyfriend brought his phone in for a new battery and front screen LCD. Cooper does not work there anymore and the new technician gave the phone back with no working rear camera or flashlight, and did not tell him when he picked it up. When we called the next day he denied damaging the phone and refused to fix it and instead tried to charge us another $120+ to fix something he broke. We brought the phone to another repair technician and he said it was clearly damaged when the battery was removed.

Took phone for screen repair. Picked up the used it for 13 Hours.Done the same thing, called immediately told him it had went black again, he said he would fix it one more time but couldn't if it done it again. Brought phone back and he said it had been over 30 days even after I had called him after 13 hours. Take your phone elsewhere for repairs, Greg doesn't keep his word

Cooper is excellent at providing customer service and is incredibly knowledgeable regarding his practice. Every time I've called, he's either picked up on the first or second ring. Additionally, I appreciated the empathy he displayed when working with my phone and made sure to communicate with me throughout the process. Even though he was slammed with customers, I felt like I was a priority. My phone had extensive water damage and Cooper worked on it with diligence and tried everything he could to bring it back to life. I lost hope over the couple days it was with Cooper, but the morning of the third day he called me as soon as he got in to the office and said it started working again. We were all pleasantly surprised and not entirely sure what went right. However, I can say that my phone wouldn't even have the slightest chance of being salvaged if he hadn't taken care of it. Thank you, Cooper! I will recommend you and your services to anyone that is in need of cellular repair!

The Boone Cellular team has helped me keep my old iPhone SE going. I have brought my phone in twice. The first time, the phone wasn’t charging and I really thought it was toast. They could have easily sold me a new battery or charged for a big repair and I wouldn’t have known. But, they let me know that they just had to clear out the charging port, simple and easy. The second time, I brought my phone in was for a new battery. They were quick and efficient and it has been working like new for several months now.
