Staples

I came to this store to print signage for my wedding day and they did a fantastic job! The staff was so helpful to me in figuring out how to print and what to print on and they made sure they it came out looking perfect. The turn around time was quick and the prices were fair. I would definitely recommend! Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding beautiful!

The male employee Jesse is consistently rude. I get that maybe Amazon returns aren't you're favorite thing but don't be so demeaning and rude to those customers. And don't tell another employee in front of an Amazon return customers that we aren't a priority and to "skip them" to help the "real customers". I was intending on buying something else I needed while in store but chose not to because of this interaction. I will now intentionally select staples for my Amazon returns and never buy a product from them again.

Terrible experience at staples in Jacksonville, trying to get assistance buying boxes. Stood in line to ask about getting help with stock on the top shelf only to be told "check the other isle" which also had no stock, then asked another employee if somebody could assist me, and she told me only the first guy helped customers and I needed to get back in the long line and "ask again." If the first guy was interested in helping customers he would have done so, when asked the first time! I don't need your boxes that bad, Staples- will go to another company who remembers what "customer service" means. Clearly, your staff doesn't.

The reason for the 5 star review is really for the customer service. Rain was helping us that day and was the only person in that department. She was super helpful, kind and explained why there may be a wait. She was knowledgeable and helpful even though her time was stretched a bit thin. I wish I had her helping me at every store I shopped at! We went there initially to print a document and found out we could mail it out which was even more helpful. While we were there we ended up purchasing a desk and an office chair on clearance. The price was great and it fit our room perfectly. the gentleman (manager?) didn't catch his name but he was also very helpful and friendly. As for the product, it was plyboard (which is why it was priced so well) it came apart a bit when we tried to move it after putting it together but we were able to glue and fix. It was a clearance item so wasn't expecting it to be a solid wood piece. Very happy with how it turned out and easy instructions to put it together. Staples does offer a warranty program so it is good to purchase that as well if you are planning on keeping the item long term. Thank you Rain for a great experience!
