Rodney was very professional, although he already had a busy schedule he was able to fix my laptop in just a couple of days. I had a 17" Dell Inspiron that was so broken I was honestly getting ready to throw it away, Rodney diagnosed the issue, communicated all options available and got it back and running to new after upgrading the damaged hard drive. I Have had the laptop running for a couple of weeks now and it still feels like a brand new computer.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Brought my laptop in for a simple screen replacement, left with a shorted motherboard and an unusable laptop. Owner with "20 years of experience" apparently didn't realize you need to disconnect the battery before replacing electronic parts. Has not refunded my deposit. Big waste of money.
