My experience here was great. The staff was very kind and helpful. When they gave me a time estimate for how long it would take to fix my device it was accurate, they gave me an estimate of 40-60 minutes and it was fixed in about 45 minutes. Despite there being no chairs to wait in the store, there are plenty of options around to bid the time. I will always come here if i need any type of fix to any of my devices.

I called to replace the battery on my Google pixel that's a few years old. They very wisely encouraged me to buy another phone rather than sinking money into an older one. They even gave me advice on what phone to buy and where I could buy it. Basically, they talked themselves out of work. They definitely seem to care way more about what's best for the customer than making a quick dollar. I'll definitely be bringing any phone problems their way. So impressed by their customer service.
