Simply the best tech repair The computer screen of the computer I have my home business on was shattered but usable. These guys got my part on order so I could take computer back home. Notified me when part was in. Worked hard and got screen repaired in a day so the time that computer was out of service was absolutely minimal! What if I brought my car into the dealership for a routine oil change. The dealership said I have 10 things wrong with my car that need to be fixed. The total for these repairs is $5,000 and the oil change is $100. The dealership will not allow the car to leave until all 10 things wrong with it are fixed. Welcome to Ubreakifix. Oh, and on the second day (same day repair remember) I waited three hours in the store due to an unscheduled Windows update. Worst experience ever, never again. Zero out of ten.

Unfortunately, I am not happy with my experience at uBreakiFix. Yes, they replaced my screen on phone but damaged it while doing so. They did offer to replace what they damaged but was going to charge me for it! I get that this is a problem with Samsung phones but if you know that in advance you should have told me in advance. Was replacing screen so that I could trade in for a new phone but after the new damage that occurred I'm back at square one but now with the cost and time of having screen replaced. Not a happy customer, would not return and would not recommend to others.

Cole was great. Very fast and completed the task at hand. I would add something that's not posted but I think it should be is that he has the van as a workshop. That's a great set up. I thought he was coming inside and I had a table all set up for him. I think that he just grabs the phone,fixes it then gives it back without hardly any contact is a huge upside for people. Especially people with kids or like me that has a dog that probably would have doubled the amount of time it took him to make the repairs. LOL. Just overall a great experience. Very satisfied
