Needed to get my sons PC up and running but know little to nothing about computers. Dropped it off with Steve on Tuesday and he had it back to me on Wednesday. He took the time to explain the changes he was making and didn't break the bank getting it done. I would highly recommend Charlotte PC Works and will use them again for future computer related problems.

My review is LONG overdue but the service was immaculate with quick responses, in depth analysis of what the issue was, detailed price of fix, and easy overall transaction. They not only fixed my power supply issue but fixed my fan header placements for my setup! Highly recommended them and their services🙌🏿

Steve is fantastic. He called me back from an email question on Sunday. They are closed on Sundays. He was so helpful even on a day they are closed. The customer service is second to none. I will go to him for any and all computer repair/questions.

I spilled coffee on a newer type of laptop where the keyboard is attached directly to the motherboard. Laptop would not power back up and Steve shared pics that look like the motherboard was fried. But he was able to do his magic and resolved it quickly. Great customer service experience!
