I went here to get my viruses cleaned. They did a very good job and my computer works good as new. The only thing I disliked was the service they had a child working in the front who seemed like he didn't know a thing. I don't believe he had ever worked in customer service before. Also when I called to ask if my computer was finished a very rude woman answered sucking her teeth, she had a horrible attitude and wasn't very helpful at all. However they have good deals and do a good job on fixing pretty much any computer problem.

If you want professionalism, courtesy, know-how, old fashioned consideration, and just a really friendly and competent family business, come here. They had my problem fixed in less than 10 minutes and spent the rest of the time chatting with me like I was an old friend. Thanks guys!!

I went to this place shortly before this school year began so I could see if my son's computer could be repaired. To be fair, it was an off brand computer, but it had what he needed for school. I was speaking with a lady there and she said she could repair it but it would take a while as she had to order the parts. She offered to sell me a second hand computer and I agreed. She said she had to finish working on it and she would call me. 2 days later, I call and she still had not gotten to it (understandable...busy time and she forgot to call). No problem. I came in and spoke to her and she said she had a better second hand computer that she just had to get a cord for and she would call me. No call. I came to the shop the next day and I paid for the computer and she found the cord and I left after being assured I had a 60 day warranty on the computer. Last week, I had to bring my son's computer because the battery was insufficient (according to the message on the screen). They said they would change the battery and test it for me, but they would have to order the battery and they would call me when it came in. I said ok and left. Imagine my shock when they called on Tuesday to say the battery was there and I could bring the computer in!! I told them Inhad to wait until Friday, because my son was still using it for school. Friday came and I dropped the computer off. I was told I would get a call when the work was done since they were going to test the battery after it was installed. I made sure they had my number and left. Saturday...NO CALL. Sunday, I assumed they were closed, and Monday, being Labor Day, I figured they were closed. I called today (Tuesday), and am told yes, your computer is ready and you can come get it. I asked, why no one called? My answer was "I don't know why". 3 times I have not received a call from this place of business. I am completely blown away and disappointed by the lack of professionalism of this business. I will no longer be using this business, which is sad since I prefer to use locally owned and operated businesses. I am especially sad because as a Veteran, I expect more from a business that is Veteran owned.

Excellent Job! I was a little apprehensive about getting my screen repaired but Shepard Computer Services did a fantastic job in a little under the time they quoted. For the price, I couldn't have expected better and my screen looks perfect to this day.

These guys rock. The owner is a real worthwhile person to have a conversation with, too. We bought a used computer from here. Works great! Thumbs up big time! 👍👍
