Knowledgeable and respectable staff. I called with questions while troubleshooting my own computer and they were helpful with answering my questions and providing insight on my issue. I figured they'd give me vague, "bring the pc in first so I can get your money" answers but that was not at all the case

So far So good !!! Gary helped pull out a miracle on a 13 year old Dell Laptop. Microsoft said my windows 10 computer could "NOT" run windows 11 ??? However,,, Gary proved them wrong and with alittle finesse,,, My Patience,,, and a new upgraded solid-state hard-drive "HE" made it happen !!!!! Saved an Old Man from having to buy a new Laptop right now. So maybe It can hang on another few years. THANK YOU.

Was having a problem using several of the ports on my computer. He had it fixed in no time. Very good customer service, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this business if you need work done on a computer.

I did something to my laptop that once again had me take it to Jery’s Computer Shop. I attempted to restore it to an earlier date, which was a disaster. I tried everything I could think of. The more I did, the worse the situation got. Finally, I admitted defeat and knew it was time to take it to my favorite computer repair shop. There are two wonderful men that work at this shop. Both Gary and Bryan are top-notch in what they do. They are very knowledge, polite; and use to those of us who use terms and explanations that must be deciphered, ha ha ha. Gary admitted that he had not seen the disaster I brought him (my word, not his). As he examined it and asked questions, attempting to work on it then. Finally, he told me to leave it and he would try his best to get it back to me the next day. I left the shop and trusted that the Lord would help them to get it back into working order. I received the call the next morning and went to pick it up. I expected the price to be more than it was. Took it home, and it’s been almost a week and is working fine. They turned my mess in a what is now a blessing for me. As a Christian, I can truly recommend this computer repair shop to others. And that is based on my previous dealings.
