The ASAP team is super responsive and has great customer service. Alec was a lifesaver when I had a crazy schedule and needed a battery ordered and replaced in my laptop. He worked with me without me having to leave my computer overnight or longer. Alec is friendly, knowledgeable, and answers all of your questions. It's a drag when your laptop dies. More of a drag when you lose all those important files, the silver lining in this cloud was ASAP. They retrieved my data so I was able to get back up and running on a new computer. While at the store I noticed they have used desktops and laptops at a reasonable price. Very pleased! I was recommended ASAP Computer & Cell Repair from Ladies of Fuquay Varina FB page. I took my computer in and explained it was running very slowly. They took a look at my computer for several hours and determined it was a bad hard drive. They replaced the hard drive and backed up my data and photos and I had my laptop back within 24 hours! I was blown away it only took less that one day! And I felt the fee they charged was very fair. I would HIGHLY recommend ASAP Computer & Cell Repair!
