Ed was truly helpful to me. I brought my laptop to him and it was fairly old. It needed a new hardrive and he updated Windows 11 for me. He also gave me help through remote TeamViewer to get my printer set up so that I could use it wireless. He is patient and he cares. I would definitely bring Ed any further problems with computers etc..he knows his stuff. Also he has great communication through text ...

He responded very quickly and I made an appointment to take my PC in. I dropped it off and he got back to me very quickly and let me know what was needed. He got the parts ordered and installed.
