I took my iphone in to have the housing replaced which cost $267.49. However, while repairing my phone they broke the front glass which cost $400 to replace. Ben M. did not call me to tell me about the issue. When I arrived to pick up my phone he was helping someone else, there was also another couple waiting to pick up a phone. After he handed the other couple their phone, I asked for the same. He later used me "cutting in line" as an excuse/justification be rude to me. He stated I cut in line & the other couple was just "picking up a phone." When I tried to explain I assumed I was there for the same he continued justify his behavior and be rude. If I'm being honest it should have been a red flag when the first employee (who's name I can't remember) tried to tell me it was illegal to replace the back with OEM parts.

These guys got an old one plus phone I had working again. My son and I took a thousand pics on an out west road trip on it and it wouldn't power up anymore. I was desperate to get it working again to get the memories. I thought it was the battery, but it was only the charging port was clogged. Yes they charged $30 for what I could have done with a needle. But they fixed it when I was convinced it needed a new battery, and i'm very grateful to have the pictures.

Great service and great defiantly recommend. They were able to save my phone after phone needed a new LED screen and they were able to use a temporary one for me to be able to copy everything over to my new phone, saving all my photos.

Brought my PS5 for an HDMI repair. They had my PlayStation for 2 weeks and was told they attempted to repair it twice with no luck. They sourced their soldering guy from I don’t know where but absolute hack job from them. Brought my PS5 to Reaper Electronics and they had my out of the door under 30 mins with my port fixed and my PlayStation working. Attached is a picture of the soldering job from CPR in Hickory. Do not waste your time with a simple port repair. They also damaged others parts as they attempted to repair the hdmi port from over heating it.
