I had a fantastic experience at this Staples location thanks to Jacob. The product I ordered online was unfortunately out of stock, but Jacob went above and beyond to help me find an alternative. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. His exceptional customer service truly stood out, and because of him, I highly recommend this Staples to others. Wanted to share my personal experience at this location. Ladies in printing department are exceptional ( Kristen & Ayla), I needed assistant in on future print order and some advice and they both did not hesitate to assist on top of the fact of being witness to RUDE customers that were their only to do Amazon returns... Personally in order to better serve paying customers for Staples, Amazon customers doing returns needs to take their business elsewhere, staff don't need that chaos.

This store is a complete JOKE to say the least. It's truly ridiculous to have only one Employee working cashier and unable to assist anyone. Asked to speak with Manager on Duty Jacob and was even more disappointed on how he try to blow me off as if bothered to speak to. I will travel to Arden or Asheville before I ever even think of coming back to this location. Store is so unorganized and nothing in stock. what a pity.

Ayla in the printing department is so helpful, kind, and professional. She graciously helped me with an accidentally misprinted order while also helping half a dozen other customers with patience and a smile on her face. Appreciate you, Ayla! Edit to add: Hope was so lovely, friendly, and kind when I picked up my business card reorder today. Thank you for your help, Hope! I consistently have great, helpful, friendly service from the printing staff!

Don't waste your time. The cards I had printed came out sloppy, and some had holes scratched into them. They didn't finish the order in time. There are two employees who actually work and are mostly doing ups and Amazon returns. The manager is walking around organizing baskets and carts while 15 people are waiting to be helped. Disappointed to say the least.
