G-Tronics installed my 85” Samsung TV. They recommended and provided a great Sanus mount for the tv. They worked carefully and quickly, finishing the install in about an hour. Price was very fair. If you have a large TV to install, you can’t go wrong with G-Tronics.

Yesterday a storm knocked out our Eero router, leaving us with no internet or streaming. I stopped by the store at 8:00 AM this morning to explain and to ask if they would be able to send someone today to look at it. Gerhardt’s response….” I can send someone now.” WOW ! I was blown away by that level of service. Tim followed me home and within 30 minutes we were all set. Thank you !

9/19-23. Jeremy and Gerhardt installed two TVs, a receiver, Sonos sound bar, network switch and successfully wired all related equipment. Both were extremely competent, intelligent and knowledgeable. Changing providers to a streaming service comes with a significant learning curve but they were both patient and helpful in their instructions. The pricing was competitive and fair. If you are ready to enter the world of steaming services, you can’t go wrong with G-Tronics.

These guys are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They wall mounted a TV over my fireplace which had uneven stones. They hid the wiring, made sure it looked absolutely perfect, and charged a fair price. Would 100% recommend them for any home theater needs.

Gerhart and Justin, I thought you should be aware of this "happening" re Roku. I have filed a complaint with them. I was told by just answer I had to discuss by phone at a cost of 26$. Within a minute after putting my cc in, I was then told they couldn�t do the phone. I immediately got a fraud alert from my cc co. on this charge. I told just answer immediately to cancel. I had to cancel that card today. Also learned they charged the card additional 46$. This is the classic bait and switch and I�m very disappointed that you would be a party to it. I have a number of Roku units in my house and others work fine. I believe I may have 1 of my 5 units that has gone bad but I DO NOT want anything to do with just answer.
