This is not my first visit to this store and there's a reason for that. The service is impeccable, but the customer service is also top notch. I could go some place closer to my home, but I come here because I know what to expect. I appreciate great customer service and they give it. Definitely recommend this place for any tech fix. We took our iPhone 15 to get a basic screen repair, had to come back a few days later with some issues from the new screen and they fixed it free of charge. Joe was the second employee to help us, he was a joy and helped us sign up for the asurion home+ program. Each employee has been a big help and we will definitely be coming back.

Alan at ubreakifix is amazing! We came in a day before leaving for a trip out of the country for an emergency repair (don’t drop your phone right on the camera, y’all). Alan popped off the protective case on the camera and replaced it in less than five minutes. Good as new! Thanks, Alan!

I was very satisfied with the service that I received at the store. The gentlemen were very helpful and knowledgeable. However, I ended up canceling my membership because it was not economically for me at this time. I called and spoke with a women who was very rude and disrespectful.
