Mr. Belcher was right on time. (Came to the house for us.) He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, took the time to update a few things on the computer and printer. Very pleasant to speak with, answered questions thoroughly and completely and his pricing is very fair. He was everything, and more, that makes for a great person to call when you need help! Very professional person. We will call him anytime we have tech problems, and suggest you do the same! You won't be sorry.

Summary of review : Hardest working, Most Reasonably priced, fastest service I’ve EVER received. Waste your time taking it somewhere else in Greenville. Go ahead. I guarantee he will beat the prices with flying colors and by the time you blink it’ll be done (within reason). Please take the time to read my review and bring this man the business he DESERVES! You don’t find good people like this anymore. I can’t recommend this company / man enough. I went to The Computer Doctor after going to three repair shops. I had been quoted over $100 for a simple repair where I had all the parts most places. Gentleman at The Computer Doctor was quick to answer his phone, and even though he wasn’t in the office he rushed over to help me. He handled everything professionally and profusely, exactly how you’d want someone handling expensive electronics to act. He told me he would have it done most likely the same day. At this point, it was 3pm on a Tuesday. This man was going above and beyond for me. Here’s where it gets interesting. During the repair something went wrong. The computer being repaired was a $3500 laptop. Laptops have small parts, and aren’t made like they used to be made. They aren’t bricks anymore. They break easily. Something went wrong and another part broke. This gentleman could have easily argued that I didn’t handle it correctly, or that something went wrong and he’s not liable - no. He called me, told me what happened and INSISTED that he was going to fix it. Here’s where it gets even more interesting. He didn’t try to cheap out with parts that weren’t name brand, he ASSURED me that he was going to buy the SAME EXACT part that was broken - no cuts - and to top it all off - cherry on top, he said the day the parts came in he would have it done same day. This man was going on vacation in a few days and he sounded about ready to cancel his vacation because he felt so bad. I assured him it was okay and to take his time. I was a little afraid since I’m a college student, for coding, and need my laptop, and he offered to hook me up with a loner laptop. Who does that? This guy is an absolute beast. I will never. Ever. Bring any of my devices anywhere else . I’ve gone to so many places in Greenville, Clayton, Smithfield, and Raleigh and I have NEVER had a man this dedicated to his job and his customers. 10 stars. No - 20. Can we do 30?

I brought my computer to Cutara a month ago and he was able to let me know what was wrong with my computer within one day. I brought him the parts needed to fix it, and he repaired my computer in one day. He even went out of his way to exchange a part for me that I bought wrong.
