The pirates wireless store gave me the absolute best customer service. The owner helped me through a repair service even they have not done much of, and did it with efficiency, kindness, and with good laughs. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience here. I would fully recommend anyone with a repair issue to stop by here to this kind, fair priced and cheap place with wonderful customer and work service. 10/10 will come back again

Thus guy took his time nd was over the top patient with my friend. She was really struggling with her new iPhone. She’s an Android user. I was unable to help her, and got so frustrated with her that I just took her here to trade her iPhone in for an android. And this guy spent about 45 minutes with her and got her using her iPhone!!! Thank you!! I highly recommend this store!

I went in thinking it was going to be very expensive to repair my iPhone and quickly found out it was very AFFORDABLE!!! The man behind the counter was very energetic, funny, and helpful 🙃My phone was finished and fixed within an hour with there being another phone ahead of mine. SO HE WORKED QUICK!! I thought in less than a year I would upgrade and get a newer model iPhone but leaving pirate wireless today I felt like I had a brand new phone already😊I should’ve took before pictures of my phone but just to give you an idea it was heavily cracked and half my screen was covered in black splotches😢IM HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS and would recommend to any and all if you need a repair!!

Great store with good people. They have all kinds of phones and services. They are very fair when buying phones as well and have the best prices in the city. Will be back again!!
