I went to have my phone repaired. The girl Rachel broke my protector. I asked if they would replace it. She looked for one. Not in stock. So I asked her would they buy me another one. She said no because it was useable. If she had broken it in half, they would have replaced it. So I asked for her supervisor. She gave me a card and said it was Amy. But she is never around. So I called the New Bern office. Spoke to Liberty she, contacted Amy. She called me and said Amy's reply was they could waive the diagnostic fee. Which is $5.00. Rachel did not tell me about a fee. Because she knew then that she had messed up. So they are telling me if they broke a $1000.00 phone they would only waive the fee. I will not go back there again. And nobody else should.

Very disappointed in their service. Was quoted one price on the phone & in the store. Paid a deposit for half the quoted price so they could order the screen. After not being told on the phone they didn't have it in stock. Once I left, they called back to them tell me they would need to order the screen from a different distributor & the price now would be $130 more than what they quoted me. So, I then asked for my money back to go somewhere else that was cheaper and already had the screen in stock. It seemed to be an issue for them to refund my money. They had to call their supervisor who wasn't there to get approval to give me my money back. After it taking a long time to get said approval, my husband went in to demand the money back & then they seemed to make things happen. I was finally given a receipt showing they refunded my money and it would take 2 to 3 business days before I would get it back.
