Praneeth and Sebastian - both were wonderful! I was hacked and they remotely got my computer cleaned up and secured. So reassuring to have a team of experts take over and fix what I don't know how to do myself. Might be typical workday to them but it was huge to me. Many thanks!

Tried to swindle me out of money when the computer I was sold crashed for no reason, went through a week long process of another one getting to the store, just for them to tell me the order was canceled the day before I got there. No extra steps to help me leave with the computer I paid for more than a month ago. Told me I had to buy the computer (there’s only 1 in stock, the 1 I ordered) again because of the cancellation. I can’t believe you can spend a thousand dollars somewhere and be treated like an annoyance. 0/10.

Geek Squad has got to be one of the worst businesses when it comes to customer service. They promise you the world at a very high price and do not deliver. I had an entire new home theater system installed on 11/18/17 and it still does not work right. I have made multiple calls to managers, etc and no response. I am going to contact Best Buy corporate and BBB so hopefully no one will have to experience what I have had to deal with. Never ever again Geek Squad!!!!!

On the phone they said it costs $49 to get my 3 year old laptop cleaned up, but when I arrived at the store, and even before they took a look at it, they said it would actually cost $240 just to clean some files!!!! A price of a new laptop! This is outrageous!
