VERY POOR SERVICE! As a business owner it is absolutely SHAMEFUL the way this company takes advantage of people. Warning to future clients....DO NOT allow this company to manage your IT needs. Before you know it you will have racked up THOUSANDS in service calls, will no longer be global admin of your microsoft or your phone service. Research the importance of global admin rights if you dont know. This can absolutely be DETRIMENTAL to your company! They can essentially take over every aspect of your business and you not even know it until its too late! I can tell you after researching my business "service calls" for the last year....More than half of the issues have not been handled but i paid service calls more than once for the same issue! When confronted with the issues and the thousands of dollars that had been paid for the same issue, I was dropped as a client and demanded to pay outrageous amounts of money to regain control of my business emails, phones and all accounts. Want proof of this? I have emails, checks or whatever else you may want.

Thank you Data Group for all the IT support over the last 10 years. Wow- we have done a lot at Keystone Property Management; changed out many PC's, a Server or two, battled some undiserable malware and vaporized a few virusus, upgraded software, developed and revised Disaster Recovery Plan for our compnay ..etc. Thanks for being there as our IT partners.
