I would like to say the associate at uBreakiFix by the name of Caleb is awesome. AT&T gave us the runaround. My daughter simply needed to file a claim and without her having the access and the capability of using her phone she was unable to do that Caleb assisted us promptly and efficiently and got us checked in in less than 10 minutes after we've wasted 45 minutes on the phone with the warranty place. Caleb is a young man with great respect and knows how to treat his customers by giving great customer service Caleb we need more people like you thank you

My Pixel 4a phone battery was killed by Google' forced update in January, and I was calling around to find a repair shop that carried 4a batteries. My local shop didn't have any in stock but the Greensboro branch had a few. The technician was able to replace my battery within 2 hours. I had the new battery for a weekend and it's been working great. The service and speed of ubreakifix Greensboro were wonderful.

Our Nintendo Switch was overheating and powering off. We called and spoke to Mike who offered a possible cause, and after dropping off and picking back up same day, we were back in business. The staff at this store are some of the friendliest, most generous people we've had the pleasure of doing business with. I cannot rate higher than 5 stars or I would. HIGHLY recommend them for your electronics repairs and service.

I went in this AM as my phone was “frozen” ! I couldn’t do anything, in spite of coaching from my daughter! The girl tried and took screen off and said that wasn’t the problem, like my daughter thought! The guy came from the back and within 3 minutes had it fixed and when I went to pay, they said no charge!! I’m 85 and was so frustrated and so grateful for their kindness! They were so pleasant and I will tell others, they know their stuff!!! Thanks to both of you!!
