Joey and Todd have great customer service! I went to get my MacBook screen replaced and it was more affordable than other establishments(which ranged from $410-600). Also I expected them to have it done about a week later; I got it back in two days!! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Joey and the rest of the employees were kind, efficient and professional. My iPhone screen suffered some major cracks and within three hours I had it back from them in mint condition. Fair price and excellent service! Highly recommend. :)

Todd… you are fantastic! I went to Best Buy (Geek Squad) after a scheduled appointment and was told they could not replace my battery for my HP Tablet. This is after Geek Squad told me that I needed to purchased the battery in advanced. I immediately searched for a computer repair business and found you. As I was explaining my reason for the visit, Todd took his tools out and replaced the battery without issues… right on the spot. I was impressed on his professionalism and how knowledgeable he is. The cost was a fraction of what I had already paid for at Geek Squad. Thank you Todd!!!

I needed my computer screen fixed, the service and pricing was quick and the screen was secure. Two days later, I noticed that my clips were loose and needed then tightened. When I reached out, I received the run around. When I can by the store without reply, they refused to answer. I simple need then to click it back in place is all. I was not rude at all. Just disappointed on the follow-up. Customer service is before and after when you want to keeps customers. Just my opinion. Won't recommend or go back.
