I am a tax preparer and had a computer issue while trying to get everything setup for tax season. John quickly fixed the computer problem so I'm back on track already! He is so knowledgeable and always seems to know what to so. I highly recommend his services!

I could not have asked for a better experience from Triad Computer Solutions! I spoke with Jose and after explaining my computer’s symptoms (running slow, unable open certain applications, Microsoft Teams crashing) I was able to get an in-home appointment for the very next day. Harrison was on time, polite and very professional. He spent a couple hours working to get things all tuned up. TCS provided great service and a great price (Best Buy and others quoted me higher, they are also known to stick people with unexpected extras$$ and many often do not provide in-home service). I love being able to support small businesses and hard working people. I’ll gladly call on Jose and Harrison at TCS again for our next computer tune-up.

I called and asked for help on my laptop, the keyboard wouldn’t work and I spoke with John. He was very helpful and walked me through some troubleshooting and got my onscreen keyboard to work. Still need the physical keyboard keyboard working but I can appreciate the good customer service.

I can not say enough good things about my experiences when dealing with Jose Mesa on my computer needs. I told him upfront that I was not computer smart, and he took his time to teach me a few things. His knowledge of the computer is amazing, and is so thorough with his work. What seemed to be a major issue for me was very minor for him. It is a true pleasure having him in my home...so much so, that I introduced him to my mom to help with her computer needs...and he is soooo patient with her. Jose's rates are extremely reasonable, again, I can't say enough good about this man and his knowledge of keeping our computers up and running
