My situation is too long to explain. “B”, the associate that I worked, with is phenomenal. This young man communicated extremely well with me. Calling to update me on my situation. Not only that, but B put heart and sincerely cared about the issues at hand. As a customer, I was very pleased and proud of him.

Dropped phone off on a Friday. After Jaytronixx diagnosed the phone, they recommend sending it off to there specialist in New Jersey. I asked, off the record” about how long it would take. The associate implied that it could be back by the following Friday. Obviously, I wasn’t counting on it. I expected it would take up to 1 1/2 weeks. When that time passed by and I hadn’t heard anything from Jaytronixx, I called. They seemed to not be to concerned and gave me no information about the status of my phone. A little over two weeks go’s by and I’ve heard nothing. So I contacted Jaytronixx again. With no concern at all, they still had nothing to tell me about my phone. They said that the specialist in N.J. is loaded with word and not the most organized from what I interpreted. I had to get another new phone because it had been over two weeks. FINALLY 4 WEEKS LATER, I had to call again. The associate just did give a damn or concerns. I had to say, “It’s been 4 weeks and y'all haven’t contacted me for an update. Then all of a sudden, my phone was ready for pick up 2 days later. I found that odd. When I picked it up, I told the associate that I was upset about this situation. It’s ridiculous, No communication, No concerns, and didn’t care. All he said was that he’ll pass word to his manager.

I Purchased a phone from jaytronixx. Customer service has been great. Phones come with a 60 day warranty and they DO honor it. Had trouble with the phone’s camera and they took care of it no questions asked. I highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect service. Had an iPad air that wasn't charging. Took it to Jaytronixx when they opened and picked it up, good as new, only hours later. I wont hesitate to return if we have need any other repairs!
