Went here for a battery issue after apple ran a diagnostic saying my computer has water damage and was going to cost 800 dollars to fix. They ran two additional scans and found no issues and corrected my charging issue and got my computer back on. They have been so helpful, I did have to go back a few times but each time they were literally so nice, patient and only charged me once. Really a pleasure to work with.

After taking my iMac to the Apple Store and being told that it was too old to get parts for, the Genius Bar employee referred me to I.T.Worx. Not only did they repair the failed hard drive, they connected me with a data recovery specialist in California that retrieved all of my data up front. They shipped it in advance of their repair. When the computer was shipped back, the display screen was cracked. I.T.Worx helped to navigate through a claim that covered the entire cost of replacement. End result: my go to computer of the past decade was returned to me with 100% recovered data, a brand new hard drive with larger memory and a brand new screen. All of this was less than the cost given to update with brand new equipment that would be comparable to what I had.
