Their service was amazing! The price could not be beat by four other computer shops. Service was fast. I appreciated them breaking down the cost before I handed over my laptop: the cost of the part and the cost of labor. They also warned me of potential risks I might face during the repair. However, based on how carefully they handled my laptop, I knew I would be in good hands. I am glad to report that none of the potential risks occurred. Before leaving, they also mentioned they had a 30-day window during which I could return if something didn't look right. Like I said, great service and great care for their customers.

I have used Intrex on a few occasions for repairs to PCs. There staff is incredibly friendly, courteous and competent. Their prices are EXTREMELY fair and service is fast. I drive 20 miles to use their services and find it well worth the trip. Their prices are so fair I feel guilty leaving and not paying more! Thanks for all your help.

I spilled water on my laptop keyboard by mistake and it stopped working & I went to Intrex Computers store at 2925 Battleground Ave D, Greensboro, NC 27408. Eric (Technician) helped me by providing a cost effective solution to my Issue. I will definitely recommend "Intrex Computers" to anyone who is having PC & Laptop Issues (They have experienced Technicians who can provide best solutions that are cost effective)

Absolutely 5 star service by Intrex Greensboro. We took a HP laptop in for repair. Communication about status of computer was 100%. I would definitely use them again for any of my computer needs.
