Had an old ipod that was giving me some audio issues a few weeks ago. Brought it in to these guys and the whole experience was smooth, pleasant and fast. Definitely coming back. Now I'm having issues with my cellphone and I already know where I'm going. Five stars all the way up! Thanks guys.

I went into cell phone repair today and spoke with JR. I was having issues with my phone screen blacking out and preventing me from seeing apps on my phone. I replaced the screen a few months back so I came back to CPR on battleground and Greensboro to see if I need my screen replaced again, Mr. JR informed me that my screen had a lifetime warranty. He went through steps to see if my screen replacement. Or if there were something else going on with my phone. He also educated me how to check for my battery life, sign of when you need a new battery and ways to Minimize phone damage Mr. JR was very polite and patient as it took him approximately one hour to figure out what was going on with my phone and replace it. He is definitely an Access to your company and I will continue coming here for service because of the great personalized service they provide please give him a raise. He’s a Gem.

I was referred by my friend to stop by and get my phones charger port cleaned out. As soon as I entered the store JR welcomed me in and was happy to help me out and within minutes he fixed my phone. Super hospitable and friendly establishment. I don’t give reviews or even 5 star’s lightly. 10/10 recommendation on my end.

JR did a fine job putting on my screen protector & was really nice throughout the speedy process. Prices are more than reasonable, so come check them out.

I was having an issue with my phone refusing to charge. Went to CPR after being told by geek squad they couldn't help me. Ms. Christian took my phone immediately and gave it a quick fix in the back. The ladies working there were very kind. Phenomenal customer service, fast and well worth the stop if you have an issue with your phone.
