Absolutely awful, no clear communication and the work was not something I’d ever let leave my doors if I owned a business. I brought my PC build in that I had already pre built to have a few wires hooked up that I was confused on where they went. I had to pay the full price for the build and the 75$ for a rush since I needed it back that day. Price was fine but wasn’t fine was being told they would do my wire management and they were going to give me windows 11 ( with the key). I later realized that when I got home I couldn’t connect to the internet I was missing every single driver that I was supposed to have installed as them building the pc and in the price installing that was part of the package. I later went to a MUCH BETTER computer store INTREX COMPUTERS! Please take your computers to them if you need any work done I will include what this store above consider wire management

Professional repair service at a fair price. When my broken laptop came back from its first repair with an LCD issue it didn't have when it went in, they made it right with no questions or extra charges and returned it good as new. I'll definitely head back to Computer Warehouse the next time I need a laptop repaired.

My Lenovo laptop would not boot up and I kept getting a message that the automatic repair could not fix it. Took the laptop to CWNC expecting to have to leave it and pay for repair. Instead the tech guy told me how to fix it myself. I am computer illiterate and really did not understand what he was talking about, but I came back home and did what he said, and my laptop was fixed. He could have charged me for the repair but did not. I would highly recommend this place if you need computer repair Six months later it happened again and I did what he said and it fixed again. Will use these guys for any future repairs

I fully recognize that results may vary, but my experience with Computer Warehouse was A++ My computer is my livelihood and when a sudden circumstance took it down, my heart was in my toes. Computer Warehouse got me back up and editing in three hours!!! And helped me create a solve so that issue won't happen again. 11/10 would bring my tech here anytime.

My computer screen broke less than a week after purchasing my laptop. I was sent to Computer Warehouse where the service was great. It was just before a holiday weekend and they did their best to quickly place the order for the replacement, spent a long time helping brainstorm what could have happened and how to prevent it moving forward. Service was quick, professional and understanding. Pick up was smooth and pleasant. If you have an issue I would highly recommend using Computer Warehouse of NC, Inc.
