Apple Friendly Center

They didn’t fix the issue with my phone the first time so I had to return the following week to actually get it fixed. When waiting to pick up, you wait forever. When you do pick up, they should show you that they fixed it before you leave with it to save you a trip. My biggest issue with the store was the fact that they forgot to put my SIM card back into my phone when it was returned. I didn’t notice until I got back home. It’s a 40 minute drive for me to and from the Apple Store. Called the store when I got home and told them I was missing my SIM and there was no apology or anything. Horrible customer service, lots of incompetency. Do better at training your staff. Literally spent more time in the car than the time it took to fix my phone. Won’t come back to this location if I have another issue.

I had to leave a review and let you know how awesome you guys are. We were greeted when we first walked in the door, directed to where we needed to be for our needs. We worked with Alex. She was so friendly and helpful and went over and beyond helping us. The whole store was organized, efficient and eager to help. Even though we have to drive about 45 miles to get there, we will be back. Keep up the good work.

I didn’t take any pictures but the next time I will. The staff and technicians at the Apple Friendly Center location are to be commended for their professionalism and friendly attitudes. I received a friendly welcome and smile when I entered the store. I was directed to the front of the store to be assisted by well qualified technician that addressed my issues, I was having with my phone. Thank you Apple. I have ordered 4 iphones today. They were ready in a few hours. I picked them up now, but I want to ask at least for $20 or $30 Gift Crads. Guys I bought 4 iphones (16 pro). It is not one. Apple should give some little gifts for those customers who pay this too much. Isn't it?!

I've been to this Apple Store several times, most recently for a demo of the new Apple VisionPro. I booked the appointment for the demo online and a very friendly employee (whose name I unfortunately don't remember) met me right on time. The employee first explained the gestures of the glasses to me in detail and then carried out the setup with me. I was really impressed with how he explained everything to me and answered all my questions in a friendly and patient manner. Now all I need is the necessary “small change” to be able to buy the VisionPro, but the great employee definitely aroused my enthusiasm.
