Lester is very professional and polite. If I could provide him 10 stars, I would. Thanksgiving week, I'm out of town, and leaving for Germany the day after Thanksgiving. I rolled into Lester's shop on Tuesday with a dead laptop that I absolutely needed because like an idiot, I didn't have my stuff on a cloud. Lester gave me an initial prognosis of a bad motherboard, which was a correct assessment. He was able to diagnosis the problem, found replacement parts, recovered my data, and get it back to me within 24 hours! Lester is amazing, can't say anything bad about his professionalism, efficiency, and customer service. Affordable...YES!!! So much so I gave him roughly a 20% tip. Geek Squad was garbage, Lester is the man to go to!

Lester was very friendly and professional. I brought my son's gaming laptop in late Friday afternoon, and it was repaired and picked 24 hours later. I intentionally wanted to avoid the larger stores for the repairs, and I am more than pleased with the service and reasonable cost. I would definitely return for any future pc repair needs.

Mr.Lester, from Affordable On-site computer repair helped me update and activate my panopto for a capstone presentation. Under 5 minutes he had it fixed and then the problem being so simple he kindly did it free of charge. I am an IT challenged senior citizen who still works full-time. I mostly work from home, with lots of emails, zoom calls, and the like. I bought a new computer. It was like trying to navigate a space ship. My productivity was greater reduced and my nerves were the most tried I had ever experienced. I was not a happy man. I finally got fed up, and looking for some IT help who would come to me and get me up and running properly. I called Lester around 9am, he came out within an hour, and he had my hardware downloaded for me, the new software apps I had wanted but didnt know how to intall all working, and was finished within 2 hours. His total bill was very reasonable and I am excited to be able to get my work done much more quickly. If you need quick help at a reasonable cost, Lester is your guy!

Hired this man to repair laptop that was not turning on properly and do a "tune up" because system was slow. He kept the laptop for over a week with no communication I had to call him from another number to even get him to answer my calls. I FINALLY got him on the phone he said I could pick the laptop up that day he would call when it was ready... NO CALL! I finally got fed up and decided to go pick my laptop up when I arrived he said that he was just checking the power button to make sure that it was working I got the laptop back home and was still having the exact same problem I paid this man $150.00 to repair my laptop and nothing had changed I contacted him and asked him what can we do to resolve the issue he promised he would order a new power button and he would reach out to me once the power button was received this was over a month ago I have texted him once a week sometimes twice to ask him if he received the power button and still nothing no response this man is so unprofessional and is a scam artist he promised to repair my laptop and did absolutely nothing I have been nothing but patient and don't understand what the issue is all I wanted was my laptop repaired as promised I am utterly confused as to why would you offer services promise to fix my laptop take my money and then ignore me when I call and text you if I could give him a -5 stars I definitely would. I wouldn't recommend anyone take a toy computer to this man let alone a laptop or anything you need for school or work I am utterly disgusted it
