They also explain what went wrong, what caused it, how to prevent it from happening again. We use them for all our business and home solutions and recommend them to everyone we meet when they have issues. Will use them exclusively in the future

I had the wonderful folks at PCParamedix in Granite Falls NC to refurbish my wife's laptop. They did a fantastic job fixing and updating the laptop! I bought a new laptop for for myself and everyone I delt with was very professional and helpful. I trust these people and I certainly trust their advice! Took my PC to see what was causing my internet and audio to not work. They diagnosed it and did a virus removal and tune up on it. If I can give a 10, I would. I would recommend them to anyone who has any PC trouble.

Updated review 12/4/24. Back again for another superior experience with PcParamedix. They tuned up my computer and updated my security protection. As always, professional, prompt and courteous. Prices always fair. 2024: I called because I was having printer problems. They were most helpful and I was able to get it back online with their help. I recommend this place, always reliable, superior service and done in a timely manner.

**PLEASE READ*** So I am an enthusiast gamer and had a pretty awesome pc build, but wanted to put a custom acrylic water cooled loop in. I had all the parts ready and called about 13 different shops. ALL TURNED ME DOWN. until I went to pc Paramedix. Hey took on the challenge and even told me that he liked harder projects. It took him he said 20 hours of labor. When I saw the biuld I was absolutely blown away with how professionally done it was. Not only did he do it at a great price and in a really tight timeline, he also called me frequently to let me know how the biuld was going or if I needed to order another part. I can't recommend this shop enough. They beat out every tech and repair shop in the entire state. It doesn't even come close. Thank you pc paramedix. I will be back!
