Took 40 dollars for a "diagnostic fee" that wasn't even mentioned. Did not repair My phone. It's just a crack on the screen but my 5g module failed their testing equipment so samsung won't allow them to fix my phone? But I'm paying out of pocket and my 5g in my phone works. Was told repair was gonna take 2 hours and om the 3rd hour I had to call them to receive the bad news. 5 hours later I get my phone back and 270 dollars back out of 320. No warning. Will never be using this company again. No customer loyalty. All I got was we understand your frustration lol. As they take my money with a smile. Do not go here

Don't trust them to change out a screen on your phone. Tell me insurance didn't cover it, but after paying over $200 for a new screen I'm still having trouble with the screen and found out that insurance WOULD cover it. So I feel like I was scammed look for the night and I'm probably going to have to get a new phone now.
