Staples

So I went into the store Monday to go print some medical bills off my phone for my dad . This day both libraries were closed in Wayne and Greene county so I went to staples . Man that was a big major mistake !!!! So this short Hispanic girl walks to the printing station I ask her for help because this was the first time I was printing something off from my phone . She guide me through the way but then walks off . No I’ll be back, did you get everything situated, nothing !! Then there was a heavy set white girl at the printing station as well I asked her to help me and she pointed to a poster with there email address was so I could forward to there email . Mind you she never asked me did I need help or did everything go through she did enough and went back to printing her things off on the machine. Finally I had enough and asked for the manger April which was kind and sweet . Christina and yalissa should do a better job at taking care of customers . I gave a one star review but he’ll just from looking at past reviews it seems as if they are use to one star reviews. I did take my business to ups were it was appreciated and told them about my experience and they laugh and stated that staples for you ! If you need help don’t go there Christina and yalissa are not friendly at all and very nonchalant !!!! GO TO UPS !

Took almost 45 minutes today to do two Amazon returns and check out with 4 small items. Only one employee working the cash register. Stood at the Amazon Returns desk for 15 minutes until an obviously disgruntled older employee did the returns. She didn’t say a word to me or anything. While waiting in line to check out, the cashier left for 10 minutes to get more storage bins for a customer - surely someone else could’ve done that? Horribly run store, I get why no one goes here anymore.

So disappointed in this store and the employee I had to ask for help 5 times and feeling like I got dismissed every time. While I was there she had no trouble helping three other customers while I was obviously stood there struggling.. hope someone at corp9see and does something about this.. I know it's self serve but some people are unable to serve themselves because of alot of reasons!!!!!.

I came to Goldsboro for work purposes. I needed a usb A extender cable and saw on the website that there was one for $4. However, when I came the in store price was $21. The person at the fron counter was very friendly in honoring the price match. On the way out I had forgotten my phone on the counter and she ran outside handing it to me. She really cared! Great customer sevice!
